About the posts
Do you care about providing a clean and safe environment for our pupils? Do you have great attention to detail, are flexible in your work and are physically fit?
We currently have two vacancies within the site team at our school and reporting in to the site manager. We welcome applications for either post, but will also consider the same person for two posts if that person meets the requirements.
Cleaner post duties include all aspects of cleaning within a school such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of toilets and ensuring cleaning standards are met. Site assistant post duties are to support the site manager in ad hoc cleaning and maintenance jobs, to include sweeping the playground and emptying bins, painting and decorating, and minor repairs. For the site assistant post, you should be competent with basic DIY tools but training can be given.
What we can offer you
We have a supportive and friendly staff team who are committed to providing the best environment for our pupils. As an employee of Bucks County Council, you have access to discounts on local travel, health and beauty, and childcare.
